In the old days, businesses would often use candy suckers to persuade or trick children into behaving. Perhaps that’s how the expression of calling a person that is tricked a “Sucker!”.

Joey Ramone, lead vocalist of punk rock band the Ramones was a countercultural icon. "Wanna Be Sedated" with the infamous lyrics “Twenty, Twenty, Twenty Four Hours to Go” was the perfect song to use as the inspiration for this piece.
